Maarten Stekelenburg (1990) graduated in Dutch law from the University of Maastricht. During his subsequent Masters degree at the University of Amsterdam, he was employed at the university as a student assistant within the university's Employment law and Social Security law group. Maarten's career as a lawyer started at a large full-service office, and he has been employed at DingemansVanderKind since 2016.

He advises a litigates on all aspects of employment law, in particular specialising in privacy on the work floor. For some years, Maarten has been responsible for editorial work for the magazine Rechtspraak Arbeidsrecht (RAR) and he publishes regularly on aspects of employment law. In 2019, Maarten graduated cum laude from the postgraduate specialisation course Employment Law at the Grotius Academy.

In the practice areas register of the Netherlands Bar, Maarten is registered in the following main and (sub) practice areas: Employment law - sub: employee participation, collective dismissal and international employment law. He is a member of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN).
