Machiel Hopman (1996) obtained a master's degree in Employment law from Leiden University. At this university he worked for a year as a teaching and research assistant at the Department of Social Law.

Machiel joined DingemansVanderKind at the end of 2023. He is involved in all aspects of Employment law. He also contributes to the Tijdschrift voor de Procespraktijk (TvPP) and is a member of the Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA).
