Hakvoort

Kim Hakvoort (1987) studied Dutch law at the Radboud University Nijmegen, graduating cum laude in Civil law, specialising in Employment law - and Criminal law.

Kim has been employed at DingemansVanderKind since 2013 and became a partner to the firm, in 2021.

She not only deals with all aspects of employment law, but also social security law, including matters relating to the Work and Income (Capacity for Work) Act (WIA). Kim has considerable experience of reorganisations, individual dismissal cases, sickness absenteeism programmes and flexible employment relationships. In 2018, she graduated cum laude from the postgraduate specialisation course Employment Law at the Grotius Academy.

Kim is a member of the Legal Practice Advisory Board to the Faculty of Law, at the Radboud University Nijmegen. Kim is also active as a lecturer, among others at the Employment Law programme at the VU Law Academy, and publishes regularly.
