Kim Hakvoort (1987) studied Dutch law at Radboud University Nijmegen. She graduated (cum laude) in Civil law – specialization Employment law – and Criminal law.
During her study she worked as a student assistant at Radboud University Nijmegen in the department Social law under the direction of prof. mr. L.G. Verburg. She was also employed as paralegal at GGZ Oost Brabant.
Kim is involved in all the aspects of employment law. She started working for DingemansVanderKind at the start of 2013. In 2018 Kim successfully completed the post-academic specialisation course in employment law at the Grotius Academy (cum laude).
Kim is a chairman of the specialist Association for Junior Employment Lawyers (Vereniging voor Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten). She is also a member of the Advisory Board for Legal Practice of the Faculty of Law, Radboud University Nijmegen. Kim lectures at Radboud University of Nijmegen and writes articles regularly.
