Ilse Zaal to DingemansVanderKind

After a career in science and politics, Ilse Zaal (1982) has opted to join the legal profession as of October 1. Ilse has extensive experience in employment law. She obtained her PhD at the University of Amsterdam in 2014 on 'The scope of co-determination law'. Subsequently, she was responsible for teaching there as Program Director of Labor Law. Ilse has published in numerous leading labor law journals and was, among other things, a deputy counsel at the Court of Appeal of The Hague for many years. In 2020, she joined the North Holland Provincial Council on behalf of D66. So now the legal profession. We are very much looking forward to her arrival.
