Seminar at EYE

On October 5, 2023, the DVDK seminar took place again at EYE. With on the agenda: the consequences for your company of the ESG Directive, which comes into force on January 1, 2024, dealing with transgressive behavior in the workplace, recent and future developments of the non-competition clause, practical tips and tricks in reorganizations and current Supreme Court rulings.

We kicked off the seminar with Job van der Pijl discussing the implications for the company of the ESG Directive, which comes into effect January 1, 2024. ESG is about sustainable and responsible business. That includes social policy. A topic that cannot be avoided, which is now high on the agenda at companies, but does that mean for employment law practice? Romy Schneider discussed dealing with transgressive behavior in the workplace. Next, Charlotte Dingemans explained the recent and future developments of the non-competition clause. Furthermore, Just Janse de Jonge gave practical tips and tricks on reorganizations. What should you pay attention to in UWV proceedings? As usual, our professor Prof. Ruben Houweling concluded the seminar with current Supreme Court rulings. See the PowerPoint presentation below.
