Charlotte Dingemans (1966) graduated in Dutch law from the University of Amsterdam. She started her legal career with a large international firm. In early 2001, she founded DingemansVanderKind, together with Olav van der Kind.

In her practice, Charlotte deals with every aspect of employment law. Her main focus is on employee participation, reorganisations and advice and litigation in individual dismissal cases for both employers and employees. Charlotte regularly advises on complex industrial relations at Board level. She is particularly intrigued by cases involving the disentanglement of shareholdership relationships, financial supervision (Standards for Remuneration Act (WNT) and/or the Financial Supervision Act (WfT)) and cross-border behaviour.

Since 2014, Charlotte has been chair of the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN). For years she was also a member of the board of the Amsterdam Employment Lawyers Association. She is also member of the Association for Employment Law (VvA). Charlotte chairs the Supervisory Board of Via Rudolphi Productions. This foundation, featuring on the BIS list of cultural institutions, is responsible for topflight theatre productions.
