The firm was established in 2001 by Charlotte Dingemans and Olav van der Kind. Since then, we have grown to a team of 14 lawyers, all of whom specialise exclusively in employment law. We have deliberately chosen to maintain this relatively modest size and to allow the firm to grow in a controlled manner. As a consequence, our organisation is clearly structured and approachable. Our lines of communication are short, clear and direct, and our rates competitive.
We closely examine the interests of our clients, and adjust our approach according to the case. Naturally, we have a sound and thorough knowledge of employment law, and master all aspects of this broad practice area, including: employment contract law, individual and collective dismissal law, collective employment law, employment law in relation to reorganisations, employee participation law, the right to strike, employer liability, statutory directors, transfer of undertaking, employee competition, public service law, privacy and social security law.
