Dorien Besse (1997) obtained a master's degree in Labor Law from the University of Amsterdam. At the end of her studies, Dorien did an internship at DingemansVanderKind. In 2024, Dorien started working at a medium-sized law firm in Amsterdam.

Dorien has been working as a lawyer at DingemansVanderKind since early 2026. She deals with all aspects of employment law. Dorien is a member of the Association for Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA).
