
After an academic and political career Ilse Zaal (1982) joined DingemansVanderKind in 2023. In 2014 she successfully defended her PhD-thesis on ‘the scope of co-determination’ She worked as an associate professor at the University of Amsterdam and wrote many publications about employee participation and collective agreements.
As a lawyer Ilse is involved in all subjects of labour law, such as dismissal law and collective agreements.
