
Sebastiaan Verlinden (born 1983) has been an employment law attorney since 2013 and has been affiliated with DingemansVanderKind as an interim attorney since May 1, 2026.
He advises and represents both employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment law. In 2017, Sebastiaan completed his Grotius Employment Law specialization program.
Sebastiaan publishes articles for various professional journals, including the journal *Rechtspraak Arbeidsrecht* (RAR), and is a member of the professional association *Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland* (VAAN).
He has registered labor law as his area of practice in the Dutch Bar Association’s register of legal practice areas. As a result, he is required to earn ten continuing legal education credits in labor law each calendar year.
