Romy Schneider (1994) graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2018 with a master's degree in Employment law and Private law. During her studies, Romy completed an internship at the District Court of Amsterdam and at DingemansVanderKind.

In 2018, Romy started at a medium-sized law firm in Amsterdam. Since 2021, she has been a lawyer with DingemansVanderKind. She deals with all aspects of employment law.

In 2025, Romy completed the Postgraduate Course in Labor Law (PALA).

In the practice areas register of the Netherlands Bar, Romy is registered in the following main and (sub) practice areas: Employment law - sub: employee participation, collective dismissal and international employment law.
